This was my first visit to Willy's based on a recommendation from Sears Auto. I had an appointment, and they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and delivered the car on the same day.. Customer service is friendly, and he made sure he had all the details of the problem. The technician found the problem quickly, although the manager said not all problems are found that quickly, I believe the tech's experience had a lot to do with the quick discovery of the problem. Three other repair places had missed the problem completely! A broken motor mount, likely to Oahu's gigantic pot-holes, caused me and others to believe there was a problem with the transmission because of the rumbling and vibration. They could have blown me a lot of smoke and made more money, but they said the transmission was fine, and the motor mount was the cause. I saw the motor mount, and it was really trashed, and not easy to bypass on a thorough inspection. So, in my book, Willy's is going to be my go-to place for all my repairs from now on. I like the no B.S. and their honesty. That, I think makes more money in the long run. Maybe that's why Willy's has been around for a long time.
