Excellent Service!! Willy's Transmission is full of talented professionals and a special thanks to Walden and Allie for their customer service. Their careful diagnosis fixed a Jeep transfer case gripe which two other dealers we unable to repair. I highly recommend this business!!

I was very nervous to bing my volkswagen in because of the cost associated with transmissions/ clutches, and the fact that it's a VW I knew it was more difficult to work on. The team at Willys transmission called me the same day to let me know all I needed was a new axle! and that it would be much cheaper than I expected. They called me the very next day to let me know my car was done, and they were able to use the old parts again, saving me more money. I even had them look at my AC. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an electrical issue and they had the honesty to suggest the dealer. Throughout the entire repair process the service team gave me calls and kept me updated every step of the way letting me known what they found. The fact that they had the opportunity to charge me for unnecessary parts but chose to rebuild the old ones and save me lots of money speaks for its self, and shows their honesty and loyalty to their customers. They have eared my trust and I will keep coming back.

There is no substitute for experience! These guys have more experience in transmission than anybody we have ever met. I took my old 1990 Car , which was having shifting problems to them. They identified the problem in less than an hour and fixed it without any complications. The problem with the car was not the transmission but a mechanical /regulator. Most shops refused to even look at my old car. These guys were excellent mechanics with years and years of experience. Any other shop would have charged a great deal more for this repair. They were extremely fair and only charged for one hour of labor. Cannot say enough about how pleased we were with their excellent service.5 STARS is not enough for professionals that take this kind of pride in their work. So glad that I brought my car here... left it for a couple of days and on the night I needed my car back, staff stayed late to accommodate me and make sure I received my car in time to go to work the following morning!
