So glad that I brought my car here... left it for a couple of days and on the night I needed my car back, staff stayed late to accommodate me and make sure I received my car in time to go to work the following morning! They were always professional and kind and I'm really blown away that they were willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so much, I will continue to bring my car here for anything in the future!

Wonderful to have an honest shop to go to..they did a great job repairing my transmission and done within 2 days..I would recommend them highly before you throw away your money at a dealership.

I found out about WILLY's TRANSMISSION on Yelp! The dealership wanted to charge me double for a rebuilt tranny for my truck!! I'm so happy I had my truck towed over here...WALDEN is great, and took care of a few other things that I knew needed to be done...which added to the tranny price was still WAY CHEAPER, thousands cheaper, than the dealership. I felt totally comfortable leaving my truck in WALDEN'S hands. As a female, we always feel funky taking our cars to get serviced, we always hear horror stories about getting ripped off. But WILLY's is very honest and forthright. I just picked my truck up today, running great so far! Looking forward to taking it for a long cruise with out my tranny bumping and slipping on the Pali! Thanks Nanea in the front office for keeping me updated and I look forward to my 30 day c/u! Thanks Walden & guys for fixing my truck. I highly recommend them, plus I got an AARP discount!! The perks of growing old. Lol!

FAST! These guys are the experts on island. Constant communication and pride in their job. If you need any work done take it here. Most fair and honest shop I've had work done at. Must recommend for anyone with Tranny work.

My '97 Jeep Wrangler was having some problems stalling and catching gears so I brought it to Willy's.. Because the nature of the problem was unknown to me, I was expecting them to take a few days. They called me later that day and told me all I needed was a transmission filter change and fluid flush and that it would be ready next day! They also did a full inspection to make sure everything was okay.. Even called me to update along the way. And my total was only around $200! Can't beat that. I will definitely be back!

Willys transmission, if you want quality go here. They are very busy for a reason but they are honest and got the job done. Brought in my 2000 infiniti I30, took awhile to find the problem but it turned out to be a bad connection, they also replaced my engine mounts. They would not give me an unsafe vehicle. If you read the negative replies on here they never complain that they did bad maintenance, something to think about. I highly recommend. They honor military also.
