I was very nervous to bing my volkswagen in because of the cost associated with transmissions/ clutches, and the fact that it's a VW I knew it was more difficult to work on. The team at Willys transmission called me the same day to let me know all I needed was a new axle! and that it would be much cheaper than I expected. They called me the very next day to let me know my car was done, and they were able to use the old parts again, saving me more money. I even had them look at my AC. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an electrical issue and they had the honesty to suggest the dealer. Throughout the entire repair process the service team gave me calls and kept me updated every step of the way letting me known what they found. The fact that they had the opportunity to charge me for unnecessary parts but chose to rebuild the old ones and save me lots of money speaks for its self, and shows their honesty and loyalty to their customers.
