My vehicle intermittently drops hard into reverse, suspicious of automatic slipping. Stacia set an appointment for diagnostics. Waldon contacted me diagnostics results. Assured me of no codes, no automatic transmission errors. I proceeded with appointment for transmission service factory-scheduled maintenance.

Great service, prompt and thorough explanation of the problem. Ended with a recommendation for further service.

My problem turned out not to be transmission related but I was 100% happy with the experienced, knowledgeable people, the quick resolution and reasonable cost.

I'd like to thank Waldon and crew for showing me that there are businesses that hold true to their word. I had experienced alternator problems and they were able to get my car fixed.
