I'm very impressed with the work ethic of Willy's Transmission shop and the constant updates. I took my car back because a 24/7 clicking noise occurred after they repaired my AC. They diagnosed it to be a relay that I actually have to go to the dealer to handle. And they did the diagnosis for free. Is hard to find honest and hard working people. These guys are a keeper.

They test drove my vehicle and found no abnormal activity. It may just be the age of my vehicle, 16 years old and 113,000 miles. They are friendly and provided the free diagnosis of the transmission.

Walden was unbelievably helpful and service was so quick! I was thinking it would take at least a month to fix everything. Mahalo to Walton for going the extra mile on my diagnosis. I was trying to take advantage of the free diagnostic coupon on the website but it took a lot of investigative work on the part of Willy's to determine my transmission problem. Ultimately I decided to do the work myself because of the cost of repair and the age of the vehicle. I got what I wanted and was more than happy to pay the small diagnostic fee. I will do the repair myself but I didn't want to spend on the cost of the part until I was sure of the problem. Thanks again guys, great team effort!

Thanks Walden, you saved me at least $1,000.00 for transmission service that I didn't need! My car had been serviced at another repair shop 2x for transmission fluid leaking from the CV drive axle. That shop said the leak was actually coming from the transmission. They recommended I take it to Willy's who they said did good work. I also checked Willy's reviews online and was satisfied with the favorable reviews. Willy's did a free estimate and said the leak was indeed coming from a seal where the axle goes into the transmission. Walden returned my car to the lift without my asking and showed me the area around the seal where the axle was being exposed. I took the car back to the original shop and they repaired it for the 3rd time (under warranty so no charge) and I've been monitoring it for about a week with no leak so far. Thanks Walden, you've gained a future client!
