Excellent service and good suggestion for trans service in lieu of overhaul..

Great customer service!!! We have a young child and trying to organize a tow truck and figuring out how to pick up a vehicle can be much more labor intensive than it should be. With that said, the team at Willy’s Transmissions made it all really easy! I can’t express enough how thankful I am for their service!

Willy's Transmission is OUTSTANDING! My 2009 Nissan Titan was towed here with a major transmission problem that I didn't know if it ever was going to return to its 100% "Fully Mission Capable" form... But these guys got the job done. They even road-tested my truck multiple times in Kaneohe and to Aloha Stadium to ensure the issue is fully fixed. On top of that, they scheduled a 1-month follow-up appointment so they could double-check that everything is good to go. I would definitely recommend Willy's Transmission to anyone that has a transmission problem...

Willy’S was very good at finding my trans problem but the problem was intermittent and didn’t show during the road test or when we drove around that day we drove home or the next day as we did our shopping and other tasks.
