I've relied on Willy's a few times for repairs to my vehicle. The latest repair was a bad evaporator leaving me with no ac on some of the hottest days of the year. Walden has always been professional and courteous in answering my questions and explaining the repairs when I needed more information. Their prices are fair and they take the time to properly identify and fix the problems the first time.

My truck was having some engine trouble. And since I live in Kaneohe and it seemed to make sense to take it to an auto repair shop near me. I made an appointment and Willy’s took me in within a few days. They looked over my truck and found that there were more than one thing causing the problem. They gave me options on the repair with considerations to accommodate my budget in order of priority which I greatly appreciated. All in all they worked out a fantastic plan for my repair and was able to repair and or replace all the necessary engine components and rebuilt my transmission to make my truck run smooth and reliable. The mechanics and Administrative staff really know what they are doing at Willy’s. I’ve taken 5 of my vehicles to Willy’s over the years and they’ve taken very good care of me every single time and even if I did not live on the Windward side I would still take my vehicles to Willy’s because of their friendly staff, expertise and professionalism.

Took my vehicle here many, many years ago. Never needed to return until now. Service was great and fast then, and it still is, pandemic and all!

I highly recommend Willy's Transmission. Walden delivered awesome customer service from the start of my initial phone call (AC needed to be fixed) to the moment that i picked up my car. Walden communicated with me throughout the process of getting my AC fixed. They were also able to do an oil change as well. They were honest, quick and great on pricing. I felt really safe when i dropped off my car. Everyone was wearing a mask and they had a plexi-glass shield on their desk. God bless Walden, the Staff, and Willy's Transmission. I’ve waited to write this review to make sure they fixed my transmission issue properly and yep they did! Not only did they do it quickly within a couple days but they also did it for a reasonable cost and quality work was good.

I went to this place and had my door handle put on i must say they were amazing and very professional i would definitely recommend you all to check them out
