Everyone at Willy's was so helpful. I took my truck in for transmission work. Before they were done they took it on a test drive and ran into issues. They checked out what they could and could not find anything wrong and could not recreate the driving issue, but insisted they double check everything before returning it to me. Safety was their number 1 priority, telling me they did ot want me driving it if there was a chance that could happen again. The checks they did included sending the computer to a technician. Turns out the computer shorted and could not be repaired. The computer was replaced and everything runs great now. My truck was there for a long while (waiting for shipping parts etc.,) and Taimane, in the office, kept in touch with me the whole time to give me status and any information that was passed regarding my truck. I appreciate the care they showed me while they worked on my truck.

Courtesy review of my transmission. Advised me of no immediate problems. Appreciated their professionalism & no attempt to make me repair something that really didn’t need to be. Should I require service in the future or be asked to recommend a repair shop, Willy’s Transmission will be my choice. Mahalo!

They are amazing! They researched and figured out what was wrong and saved me a ton of money! My car no longer dies and they didn’t need to replace my transmission! They found a cheaper alternative . They deserve all of my trust and I’ll never use any one else again.

Very happy with Willy's Transmission! I had to have my transmission replaced, and I really appreciate how Willy's took the time to evaluate the problem. Then when I picked up my car, I was surprised to learn that they schedule a one month follow-up visit where they check to see how the car is running. I've never had any shop schedule a follow-up visit like that!
