Walden is one of the most patient mechanics I have ever met. He went above and beyond to try and accommodate me and my transmission issues. He used all his skills and contacts to try and fix the issue(s). It was his valiant effort to try and save me some money but in the long run it got the best of him and it could not be fixed. After all his efforts and my constant calling on the status we decided I needed a full transmission swap. Totally appreciate what Walden and the mechanics at Willy's Transmission do, day in and day out. Mahalo for getting my car back on the road. Customer Service is a + in my books!!! I took my wife’s GMC Denali to have the transmission fixed from slipping. I shopped around and Willy’s had the best quote island wide on a new transmission. Everything went good! Picked up the car and trans is all good. Thank you Willy’s :)

Willys always gets my car looked at and fixed in the same day. I get calls from them letting me know what is wrong and quotes on how much to fix. They make me feel confident with the work that is needed and have found them to be very honest. They are all so nice and easy to talk to.

Really great service! Have been to a few mechanics over the years. Drive use cars not new cars so need to know a good mechanic. Explained and even showed me what was wrong with my car. Didn't feel like they were trying to get me to pay for repairs that were not needed. Good at diagnostics which is important. Will go back to them again for sure and recommend to others.
