You don't even know!!! My truck went in only to find out it had the wrong transmission installed!!! Willy's Transmission went over and above to repair my truck, they rebuilt a new used trans I had to buy, the fixed a broken motor mount and a broken exhaust stud!!! Little details matter to me!!! Walden and his team at Willy's really took care of a bad situation when I bought a used vehicle and 15 minutes later the transmission blew. They did a free analysis and gave me an explanation on cost. They also informed me of another issue they discovered while fixing the trans and gave me the option to fix.
